The Oaks Main House offers the perfect Lake District setting for larger groups of family and friends. Tucked away in a quiet, private position amidst classic lakeland countryside, yet only a mile from local amenities. It provides space to relax while remaining well connected to the surrounding area so you jump straight into your local adventures.

The house includes twelve bedrooms to sleep up to 25 guests, a large open-plan kitchen, a spacious dining room, several comfortable lounges, two TV rooms, hot tubs and a sauna. Set within an acre of private gardens and woodland, the property enjoys open views and a strong sense of privacy and tranquility.

The main entrance leads into a hallway lined with decorative oak panelling, originally from St Mary’s Church in Windermere, setting the tone for the rest of the house, reflecting the properties rich history.
